BeautyBarSupply.com does backorder items. Your shipping confirmation email will indicate any items not shipped. If items are no longer available. You will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Using the Beauty Bar & Supply Search Engine

Our search box is located at the top right corner of every page on our website. Type in the product name or brand (e.g., “Absolutely Fabulous” or “shea souffle”) and press search. You can also search by bar code number (e.g 784672335072).

Using Coupons

• To use a coupon or promo code online, type the six-digit code or paste your unique code into the space provided on the cart page. Unique codes must appear exactly, including dashes and case.
• Each coupon can only be applied once per order.
• If the promotion has expired or not started, you will see a message that your coupon code is not valid.
• If the criteria for the promotion have not been met, review the terms of the offer. If the offer is specific to a loyalty program, log in with your account.

Tips for Using Coupons

• Ensure the item in your cart is the correct item associated with the promotion.
• Verify the correct quantity in your cart.
• Add the item to your cart if you have a choice of free or discounted items or if the item has more than one color or size, then enter the code.
• If combining offers not valid with other offers, you will see an error message.
• If redeeming a shipping offer with an item that cannot ship via the selected method, you will see an error code.

Sales Tax

Using Wish Lists

• To create a wish list, sign in or create an account. Click the "add to wish list" button on any product page.
• To view your list, click the Wish List link at the top of any page.
• To make your wish list searchable, press the "Make Public" button.
• Share your wish list by entering friends' and family's email addresses and a personal message. They can access your wish list directly from the email and add products to their cart for purchase.
• To search for someone else's list, click the Wish List link at the top of any page. You can search by last name, first name, and email. If the list is not public, it will not be searchable.
