Order Status

An order can only be cancelled by a customer service representative prior to being processed by our distribution center. Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, you will need your order number and postal code.​​​​​​​

My Order History

If you created or signed into your account while placing your orders, you will be able to view them in the 'order history' section of the 'manage account page'. Your history contains all orders placed online or previously in the store. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, it will not be included in your order history.

BeautyBarSupply.com accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apply Pay, Google Pay and Beauty Bar & Supply Gift Cards.

If Your Card is Issued by a Non-US Bank

Credit and debit cards issued by banks outside of the U.S. are a valid form of payment on BeautyBarSupply.com. These cards are subject to the same security checks as cards issued by banks in the U.S. The security checks are intended to ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, communication with foreign banks is not always as seamless as with banks based in the U.S., and we may be unable to verify the information required to complete your transaction. If we are unable to verify payment, we will cancel your order and send you notification by e-mail that the order could not be completed. To further ensure security and privacy, these e-mails do not include details of why the order was not completed.

When You Will Be Charged

Payment by credit, debit or check card: The payment amount is authorized and charged by your financial institution at the time you place your order.. Your card will be only charged for the total amount of all items that orders. Any items that do not ship will not be refunded back to your card at the completion of your order. Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire following the terms of your bank or financial institution.

BeautyBarSupply.com supports Verified by Visa (VbV), a security technology that authenticates your Visa card and ensures that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order. If the bank that issued your Visa card supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for VbV as you check out.

Tax Exempt Orders

BeautyBarSupply.com credits sales tax to government institutions and non-profit organizations only. These two groups are entitled to receive a sales tax refund if they have a valid Tax Exemption ID number and complete a Tax Exemption Certificate. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at info@beautybarsupply.com for further instructions; make sure to include your order confirmation number.

Out of Stock

On occasion, an item may go out of stock during the checkout process. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, your shipping confirmation email and order total will reflect this.

If your order contains multiple items we will ship those items that are in stock. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will indicate any items that did not ship due to out-of-stock reasons. For your protection, BeautyBarSupply.com does not store credit card information.

Phone Orders

No phone or catalog orders are currently accepted.

International Orders

We do ship orders internationally. However; there are a few countries where we do not ship orders. The website will restrict those orders if the country isn’t approved for shipping.

Promotional Orders

To use a coupon or promotional code for an associated item you are purchasing online, type the coupon or promo code exactly as it appears into the field provided in your online cart, or cut and paste your unique code. If your promo code is not valid, you will see a message that your promotional or coupon code cannot be applied at this time. If your promotional or coupon code is valid, your savings will be displayed along with your other order details in the payment summary page. Order discounts for a percent or dollar off cannot be combined with any other offers. Offers are valid only while supplies last. Please refer to the offer details for redemption information and specifics about the offer. Beauty Bar & Supply reserves the right to end or modify a promo at any time.
